To help us help you faster, if you're reporting a bug or issue please include:
- What you were doing when the problem happened
- The device and browser you're on (e.g. iPhone 14, Safari)
- A screenshot, if the problem is visual
- The approximate time (with timezone) so we can find logs
Common topics
Missing or incorrect anime data
Our catalog is synced from AniList. If a title is missing or has wrong metadata, AniList usually has the authoritative record. Corrections there flow back to us on the next sync. Let us know if you see something odd though — sync bugs happen.
Account & data requests
You can delete your account and associated data at any time from your account page, or by emailing us. Full details on what we store and how to export / delete it live in the Privacy Policy.

Where you won't find us
AnimeSwiper does not operate official support accounts on Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, or Reddit DMs. Anyone contacting you from those channels claiming to be support is not us. Verify by emailing hello@animeswiper.com.
